The river Lech is the last remaining wild river in the Northern Limestone Alps. It’s wild and free, thus shaping the lives of the people who inhabit its valley and banks.

The 120km hiking trail along the river Lech (“Lechweg - von der Quelle bis zum Fall”) takes you from the headwaters in Lech am Arlberg through the nature park “Lechtal - Reutte” to the waterfall Lechfall near Füssen.
- The Lechtal valley and the surrounding nature park offer great leisure activities for the whole family. Mum, dad and the kids can speed down the summer toboggan run “Wally Blitz” with full speed. For children, climbing is a great way to develop spatial awareness and motor skills and improve coordination and agility. And it’s fun too! Interesting museums and exhibitions a worth a visit for the whole family. You won’t feel the need to yawn!
