This farm dating back to 1717 is set at the foot of the Schafberg mountain overlooking Lake Wolfgangsee. It has been carefully restored and enlarged by spacious holiday apartments in the last couple of years. Keeping a down-to-earth mindset and treating nature with respect have always been cornerstones of the owners' philosophy. It's a place to recharge your batteries and soak up the silence or to set out and discover the picturesque surroundings. Recommendations on hikings trails and hiking poles are available. The farm shop with products from the farm and other producers from the region will be opened in October 2024.

This heritage building is steeped in history. Three holiday apartments have been restored or newly built in accordance with preservation guidelines. Special features of the building such as vaulted ceilings make for an extraordinary ambience. Thanks to its central location, this farm is the ideal starting point for day trips in the Salzkammergut region and the Almtal valley as well as the cities and towns from Linz to Salzburg. From October to June, the owners organise film screenings in a small and historic cinema. The arable farm produces certified seeds and hops for breweries.

Based on our quality criteria, every farm is awarded a certain number of flowers. New members will be checked for the first time after 2 years at the latest.
