Burgenland

In Burgenland, the sun is shining for more than 2,000 hours a year. Spring starts earlier here and winter later. The climate in Austria’s easternmost province is mild thanks to the undulating hills and the wide open, steppic plains.

Lake Neusiedl

A harmonious blend of nature, fine dining and culture is characteristic for the region surrounding Lake Neusiedl. Winemaker Sepp welcomes you with a glass of wine, fresh and cold. The young guests get a cherry lemonade that’s produced here, in the region. In the evening, when you take your bikes out and go to the shores of Lake Neusiedl, you should pin back your ears - the sound of reed shaken by the wind is absolutely magical! Take a seat on the picnic blanket in the vineyard. Sample local delicacies that were grown here, right where you’re sitting. Enjoy a delightful evening on holiday!
