Murau - Murtal Region
Variety and diversity
Every shade of green: forests extend as far as the eye can see in the timber region of Murau. Here, the mountains reveal their gentler side, for instance in the Seetal and Seckau Alps, but have their craggy moments as well in the summits of the Tauern. You’ll see, hiking through both of these areas is an absolute delight! Interested in culture? Then head to Murau, Judenburg or St. Lambrecht. A fan of hot wheels? You’ll find what you like at the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg. Winter sports enthusiasts are certain to enjoy Kreischberg, Lachtal, Grebenzen and Frauenalpe.
